Membership
Founder Members
Subscribers and Signatories to these Articles who shall have paid Membership Fee and Annual Subscription Fee. This category of members shall be eligible to vote and be eligible to serve on elective posts.
Full Members
Shall comprise of members who have fully paid-up Membership Fee and Annual Subscription Fee and comply with the Association’s rules and regulations. Full members can vote and be elected to Board of Directors of the Association.
Member
Any person who has been admitted to Membership of the Association, who has paid Membership Fee and whose Membership has not been terminated. Members cannot elect or be elected to the Board of Directors of the Association.
Student Members
TGS OGs admitted to tertiary institutions and institutions of higher learning upon completion of Ordinary and Advanced levels of education. Student members shall not include those pursuing Advanced Levels of University Education. A Student Member is one has paid Student Membership Fee and Annual Subscription Fee and whose Membership has not been terminated. Student Members are entitled to attend Association meetings and participate in the activities of the Association. This category of Members shall be eligible to vote and be elected to the Board of Directors of the Association.
Honorary Members
Conferred upon persons of high public reputation and who shall have rendered distinguished service to the School or to the Association, approved by the Annual General Meeting upon recommendation of the Board of Directors. This category of members is entitled to attend the meetings and participate in the activities of the Association but shall not be eligible to vote nor be voted to any position on the Board of Directors.
Associate Members
This category of Members shall be people who wish to be affiliated to this Association but are not Old Girls of Tororo Girl’s School e.g., parents, former Teachers. This category of members shall not have voting rights.
