In a bid to promote development of the school, the TGS former student’s fraternity in the past actively participated in and operated alongside the school’s administration on several education and development projects. To streamline its operations, the former students   formally registered a Company Limited by Guarantee under the name “Tororo Girls’ School Alumni Association” on 8^th November 2021, Registration N◦ 80020003355417. The Association embraces a diverse network of former students and operates as a social enterprise combining economic and social goals. The Association envisions “A dedicated and vibrant association that empowers and mentors girls and women of Uganda” whose mission is the “Promotion of collaboration within the Tororo Girls’ School Alumni and mentoring of Learners”.
